You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. For product collected/delivered which is found to be defective and/or is damaged inside the packaging after collection/received, you may return and bring back the defective product to us within 5 days. You may hand any faulty or damaged goods, or incorrect items back to the driver at the time of delivery if delivery were to be made directly by The Company within the area only. The Company will process the refund within 10 days. You must present a valid receipt of the purchase for the return. The Company will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics.
