You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us at the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim. For product collected/delivered which is found to be defective and/or is damaged inside the packaging after collection/received, you may return and bring back the defective product to us within 5 days. You may hand any faulty or damaged goods, or incorrect items back to the driver at the time of delivery if delivery were to be made directly by The Company within the area only. The Company will process the refund within 10 days. You must present a valid receipt of the purchase for the return. The Company will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. The Company take great measures to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers

Delivery will take approximately 2-7 working days within Malaysia for stock that has availability. For special order items will need a longer time approximately 5-14 days.

 

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase to Soundtree Sdn Bhd, the amount varies according to product. The available payment options are displayed or advised during the booking process. A payment processing fee may apply. Once your purchase has been successfully completed, a Purchase Confirmation will be issued in respect of each product/item purchased and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. If you do not receive your Purchase Confirmation(s) within seventy-two (72) hours from the time of purchase, please contact us via our website (Please refer to Contact Us).
